ISLAM ALMIGHTY ALLAH'S COMMANDS

ISLAM ALMIGHTY ALLAH'S COMMANDS

PREFACE

All the praise and thanks be to Allah the Lord of mankind, jinns and all else that exists, who has created man from nothing, granted him spirit and body ornamenting the body with the most perfect organs and made subservient to him the sun, the moon, plants, animals, water and the earth for the continuation of his life.

Peace and blessings be upon Muhammad -peace be upon him- the last of the Prophets and upon all the Prophets and Messengers of Allah -peace be upon them- and upon his family, his companions and whoever follows him with benevolence until the Day of Resurrection.

Allah the Most High has sent Prophets and holy Books to humanity in order to help men to attain to happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Islam has begun with the first man and the first prophet Adam -peace be upon him. In time and by the arrival of each prophet it has developed towards pure excellence.

Moses -peace be upon him- was sent a more extensive and excellent form of Islam than that which was sent to Noah -peace be upon him. Jesus -peace be upon him- was sent a more broad and superior form of Islam than that which was sent to Moses -peace be upon him. And by the arrival of Muhammad -peace be upon him- Islam has reached the last point of maturity and took its final form.

Jesus -peace be upon him- was the last prophet of the Israelites. He renewed the religious life of that time and informed his community of the last Messenger Muhammad -peace be upon him- who would come after him. Because all of the Prophets of Almighty Allah form a brotherhood, all of them invited to One and Only Allah, the Only One to whom worship is due. They affirmed each other. Due to this, Jesus -peace be upon him- before rising up to the heavens proclaimed the greatest good news by saying:

“O Children of Israel; I am the messenger of Allah to you, confirming that which was revealed before me in the Torah (book of Moses) and bringing good tidings of a messenger who will come after me, whose name is Ahmad.” (Saf: 6)

Although Jesus -peace be upon him- said the truth as mentioned in the above verse of the holy Qur’an, the Israelites rejected his words. Again, most of the Christians concealed this truth and moreover distorted and mispresented it.

Both the Jews and the Christians were awaiting a new prophet. They were claiming that the mission of prophethood only belonged to them and that the new and last prophet would be a man amongst them. When they saw that the last Messenger was chosen from the children of Hashimid of the family of Ishmael -peace be upon him- they repudiated him even though they knew him (Muhammad -peace be upon him) to correspond to the description of the prophet foretold among themselves.

However, some scholars of the People of the Book (the Jews and the Christians) prevented their selfishness and racism from stopping them to believe in Muhammad -peace be upon him- and became Muslims.

Although the Gospel was distorted and corrupted; now too, there are biblical signs on the advent of Muhammad -peace be upon him:

“I have yet many things to say unto you, but you can not bear them now. How be it when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: For he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak; and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: For he shall receive of mine, and he shall shew it unto you.” (John16: 12-14)

Allah the Most Supreme has sent His Beloved Muhammad -may Allah commend and salute him- when previous religions were corrupted, people gave up the right path and the number of pagans increased.

Our Master Muhammad -peace be upon him- has not only confirmed and praised his previous prophet brothers but also matured their religions.

Due to this, no new religion and no new prophet will be sent until the doomsday. Islam has the capacity and peculiarity to provide and present the necessary solutions to the problems of mankind.

Our faith is: Jesus -peace be upon him- has not died; he has been ascended to the heavens. He is living bodily in the heavens. He shall descend to the world when Antichrist will have been working corruption on the earth. When Jesus -peace be upon him- comes he will judge mankind justly by the law of the Qur’an as a just ruler.

Jesus -peace be upon him- was a very great prophet. We (Muslims) have faith in all prophets, including Jesus -peace be upon him-, sent by Allah the Most Supreme. In order to be Muslim, one must have belief in all the prophets. And Muhammad -may Allah commend and salute him- is the last prophet.

Allah the Most High proclaims in His holy Qur’an that He exalted this religion and completed His favor:

“This day, have I perfected your religion for you and completed my favor upon you, and chosen for you as religion Islam.” (Maide: 3)

We only invite to One Allah!

Guidance and assistance is from Allah!

“And peace be on the Messengers.”
(Saffat: 181)

“And peace will be upon him who follows the guidance.”
(Tâ-hâ: 47)
